High School Sports Physical & EKG Event.
SoFloCHF is partnering with UltaMed Healthcare clinic in Oakland Park to bring free and low-cost sports physicals and 12-Lead EKG screenings to student-athletes in South Florida on select weekends. Students from all schools are welcome.
