Every SoFloCHF program is designed to remove a specific barrier between South Florida patients and the healthcare they need.
Florida now requires EKGs for high school student-athletes. Through UltaMed, we provide 12-Lead EKGs for $10 and/or a full sports physical with EKG for $35 with school-based events that meet students where they already are.
Our flagship school partnership brings low cost physicals and EKGs to high school students in collaboration with UltaMed Healthcare Clinic in Oakland Park.
We connect uninsured and low-income patients to primary care through UltaMed and partner sites, so a lack of coverage never becomes a lack of care.
Prevention is the most powerful form of healthcare. We're expanding access to cardiac, blood pressure, and general wellness screenings for people without routine access to a primary care provider.
Mental health is health. We're building partnerships with mental health providers to expand access to counseling and support for the people we serve.
As a nonprofit, SoFloCHF depends on donors and supporters to fund our programs, outreach, and school events.
