South Florida is home to one of the largest uninsured populations in the state. For many people — particularly those from low-income households or families without employer-sponsored insurance — accessing a doctor isn't simple. SoFloCHF exists to make it simple: affordable, welcoming, and right where people already are.
SoFloCHF is led by community advocates and healthcare professionals who share a deep commitment to health equity in South Florida.
